She is an American actress and singer. i landed my first commercial when auditioning for friend of hers who couldnt make it, after that i did some modeling and finally got into the big screen. i made my debut in 2003 appearing in the Hollywood films Thirteen and Thunderbirds in 2004 before landing the role that would make my a teen idol and introduce my to real-life love, heartthrob Zac Efron.
The multi-talented star loves acting, singing and dancing, and always wanted to put it all together in theater musicals, before reaching fame in 2006 after appearing as Gabriella Montez in the Disney Channel film High School Musical hit series. Her theater roles credit includes Evita, Carousel, The Wizard of Oz, The King & I, The Music Man, Cinderella and Damn Yankees. Most recently, she got show it all on screen too!
As the smart, sugary sweet songbird Gabriella Montez on the Disney Channel megahit High School Musical, Vanessa Hudgens became tweens' favorite girl next door. Not only my movies but also my soundtrack was a hit, riding on her HSM fame, i began a music career and released my debut album, i in 2006.
